Once your order is manufactured, it will be shipped. Shipping times are estimates and depend on your delivery address.
- Estimated Delivery Times: Generally, orders arrive within 3-10 business days after production. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed timeframes. International shipping may take longer.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. The price depends on the items ordered and your delivery address.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s journey right to your doorstep.
4. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Since digital products (PDF files) cannot be returned once they have been downloaded, we apply the following policy:
- Final Sale: All purchases of digital products (PDF books) are final and non-refundable. Once the purchase is complete, no refunds will be issued.
- Re-downloading: If you have lost or accidentally deleted your purchased file, you are entitled to several additional downloads. To request this, please contact our support team at: gnev.ritual@gmail.com, providing your order number and explaining the situation.
- When paying via NOWPayments (cryptocurrency), access to digital products is provided immediately after the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain network.
